About I.MX8MQ support for Falcon mode

I want to make a usage of I.MX8MQ using Falcon mode, but I can't find any relevant information, only i. MX8MM，i.MX8M，i.MX8MP，i.MX93. Why not found i.MX8MQ?

The steps about i.MX8M series in AN14113 are also usable for i.MX8MQ.
