No, the i.MX7Solo processor doesn't have any dedicated register to implement the DVFS function. The voltage scaling operation is performed using the integrated Power Management Unit (PMU) module together with external Power Management IC (PMIC). The frequency scaling operation is performed using the integrated Clock Controller Module (CCM). Most of the sense and control functions of the DVFS algorithm are implemented in software.
