I  want to know if the board with i.mx6ul (9*9) and LPDDR2 has been developed, because my board can't run, even the oscillator (24MHz)  dose not work, but the 32.768K has been oscillated.

Hi  tiantian

without working 24MHz oscillator processor will not work, for finding problem

please use Hardware Development Guide for the i.MX 6UltraLite Applications Processor
https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/user-guide/IMX6ULLHDG.pdf

also please look at: linux/arch/arm/boot/dts/imx6ul-14x14-lpddr2-arm2.dts

linux-imx.git - i.MX Linux Kernel

Best regards
igor
