4GB LPDDR4 partially reading using i.MX8MQ DDR Configuration spreadsheet & NXP i.MX/MSCALE DDR Tool

Dear Sir,

We are testing LPDDR4 (MT53E1G32D2FW-046WT:A) RAM using i.MX8MQ DDR Configuration spreadsheet & NXP i.MX/MSCALE DDR Tool on our i.MX8M SOM. But out of 4GB, only 2GB (2048MB) is being read. 

When we select 2GB, in tool, it reads 2GB data. But when we select 4GB, it's density read only  2048MB.

Please reply  ASAP.

resommended to try image without OP-TEE (for OP-TEE I sent additional info via mail),

use sect.5.6.10 OP-TEE enablement
