1.8V simulation of RGMII interface

I need to do SI simulation on teh RGMII Interface and use the current i.MX6Q IBIS model together with the appropriate IBIS model of the connected PHY.

The PHA as well as the i.MX6 can operate in 1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V signbaling - but the IBIS model of teh i.MX6 has only 2.5V Output Driver models

Are there any intentions to add those lower voltages to teh model or do I Need to model with 2.5 and assume, that the results will be similar with 1.8V signaling?

Hello Ingo,

It is no problem for you to use 2.5V to do simulation. Result is not affected by voltage of RGMII.  Several days ago, a customer used a 1.8V-PHY manufactured by Realtek, and no any problem.

Have a nice day!

Best regards,

Weidong
