Hello. We have an idea to make a custom IP camera. We are planning to use a processor (NXP or TI), now I need to narrow down the options for suitable processors for our task.

The task itself consists of 3 blocks: reception of two image channels, their processing and sending.

1) The first channel is the reception of a 25fps video from a matrix (5-8Mpx is still in question) on a MIPI interface with the ability to cut ROI from it and rotate it by a given angle , scale the final image to 1080p and transfer it to the mixer.

2) The second channel is the reception of a custom image (1280x720pix) 25 fps through the LVDS channels, just scale it to 1080p and send it to the mixer.

3) The mixer overlaps both of these images to combine final one, compresses it with the H.264 codec and then sends it over the gigabit Ethernet using the RTP protocol.

To make it easier, I drew a block diagram.

The question is which processors is suitable for this kind of task?
