i.MX8MP/i.MX8MN M7 DDR firmware running tests with L6.6.36

Test envs:

BOARD: i.MX 8MN EVK

BSP: L6.6.36

The L6.6.y includes the feature about supporting starting Cortex-M33 from non-TCM

address for i.MX93, but not for i.MX8M series.
