Surround View (D1) Demo on i.MX6

This is the prototype demo to enable surround view demo on SabreSD.

The attached Files are HW&SW guides and demo video.

Updating Notes:

• Add miniPCIE Surround View_Rev A design file (include schematic and layout) as attachement.
• Add Gerber file

thanks alot. I could reproduce with a current Yocto built image on SABRE AI. But, PCIe was not enabled in the default config, I had to enable it first by using bitbake -c menuconfig virtual/kernel

Hi

I have setup the linux host to be ubuntu 9.04

Have successfully built the LTIB

and added the patch pcie_cap_patch

I have connected the intersil board through a miniPCIE to PCIE adaptor board and connected one camera to input1

The board boots up but nothing appears on the HDMI monitor.

I patched the code to L3.0.35_4.1.0_130816_source.tar

Is there anything else to be done, should i select some extra packages during the build process.

This is the first imx6 board iam working on , so forgive me if my question is silly.

Could somebody please guide me what is the next step.

How can i check if the pcie card has been detected by the board.

I am building the SD card from the linux host.

following the procedure described in the document

Hi Joseph,

We also see connection issues when using Intersil board + miniPCIe to PCIe adaptor board.

So we change to combine the two boards into one as current demo showed inthis page.

The signal quality isn't good on current two connector soultion.

Please try to contact FSL or Intersil for more detailed info!

I'm a FAE from STC, one of the NXP distributors in Korea.

We made TW6865 test board, and we can see 4ch image on HDMI with MX6Q-SABRESDP.

But we can see afterimage when I move my hand fast in front of Camera. (Please see attached video clip.)

I met intersil FAE, and he said it is the problem of deinterlacing.

Do you have any guide or solution to solve this issue?
