I want to be able to achieve completely lossless compression. According to the link below, I need to turn off quantization and DCT transform. I can turn of quantization by setting the QP value; however, I do not know how to turn off the DCT transform.
from API, don't have control DCT code or something, and I checked the spec, I don't find any DCT or transform on SW or HW with HEVC, only for VP9 or JPEG
