when using eIQ Portal, there is an option to restore model training from the chosen checkpoint. It is described in eIQ_Toolkit_install_dir\docs\eIQ_Toolkit_UG.pdf (3.4.2 Restore model) :
However, how to keep previous settings of the training? Some of them are greyed out so you literally can not change them and this is fine. However, what about Trainer settings such as Learning Rate, Batch Size, Epochs To Train? They seem to be changeable.
When I was staring the training for the first time, I did setup them to be:
- learning rate=0,001 (default 0,0001),
- batch size=10 (default 10),
- epochs to train=infinity (default 1)
When I try to restore the model, they come with default settings as in the photo attached above. Should not they keep the settings from the time the training started for the first time?
