What does this status means ZPS_APL_ZDP_E_NOT_ACTIVE?

Hello Every One,

Some stack related details.
stack : JN-SW-1470

build version : 1840

application : JN-AN-1217

Here i am trying to send report attribute manually for power,temperature and humidity with address type E_ZCL_AM_BOUND, but when sending report some time in return status of API i get ZPS_APL_ZDP_E_NOT_ACTIVE.

and report is miss. What does this status code means to say?. 

In JN-UG-3113 they have mention this "The requested endpoint is not described by a Simple descriptor."

but not getting much clarity.

Note: delay between each report is 50ms.

Hi, I have had the same or similar problem, I.e. I was getting ZPS_APL_ZDP_E_NOT_ACTIVE when trying to send multiple packets to bound nodes. Only the first transmission worked for me and all subsequent were returning above error. 

The error and its description is completely missleading. The problen is related to the stack limitation that it can handle only one bound transmission at a time. In order to workaround it you need to enable bound transmission management in order to queue subsequent transmissions. See section 2.8 of JN-UG-3115 doc https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/user-guide/JN-UG-3115.pdf#page71 for details. 

I'm posting it for future reference so others don't need to rediscover it.

Do you have assigned endpoints for the power, temperature, and humidity?

when sending report some time, Is it happen with all of these values?

Yes, i have assigned the end point for  power, temperature, and humidity in zps config file under one endpoint(i.e 1).

No, it happen for 2 report only.

in my case i am sending first temperature and after some delay humidity.
