Using NCJ38A with KW45B41Z-EVK

Hello:
I cannot use the secure functions on the NCJ38A development kit. It is plugged in to a KW45B41Z-EVK. I have uploaded the CCC Applet revision 2.3.0 to the applet and I have been trying to use commands on the JCShell. I cannot run any of the demos in the usecases demo (can only switch to I2C Interface and cold reset). I've tried the following commands in JCShell and still run into problems. What should I look into to fix this issue?
