Reset state of MKW37

Please tell me,about reset of MKW37A512VFT4R.
If PTA2 (RESET_b) is set to GND, MKW37A512VFT4R will be in the reset state.
At that time, are there any blocks or pins that do not become reset state?
Also, what is the total　current consumption of the MKW37A512VFT4R when PTA2 (RESET_b) is GND?
