How to upgrade to new KW38 SDK?

Hi friend,

I installed "MCUXpresso IDE v11.8.1 [Build 1197] [2023-10-27]" and SDK 2.6.15. The SDK location is C:\Users\tedwu\mcuxpresso\02\SDKPackages\4800241dfc2e79181937f2896209b3e7. Now I got the new SDK SDK_2_6_915_FRDM-KW38.zip from the vendor. How to upgrade to the new SDK?

Hope you are doing well.

You can right click on the current KW38 SDK in the MCUXpresso IDE "Installed SDKs" view and select Uninstall SDK:

After this, you can install the new SDK by dragging and dropping the SDK zip into the "Installed SDKs" view.

If you already have an existing project based on the previous SDK version, you may be asked to select an SDK for your device and project; please, select the new SDK version from the dropdown menu.
