How to read RFID NFC tags with Microsoft Surface Go 2 for Business?

I finally got it working on a Surface Go 2 for Business using the ProximityDevice API class.

Here' s my full desciption how i solved it, inculding sample code.

Hi everyone, 

I recently bought a Microsoft Surface Go 2 for Business which by spec should have a built in NXP RFID sensor. But so far I did not find an app that reads out any RFID card with this device. I am unsure, whether the sensor is working at all. Microsoft tech support did not get me any further on this, so I hope for help here. 

Which software (Desktop, Store App) is able to read NFC cards (MIFARE,  ISO 14443 etc.) with a Microsoft Surface Go 2 for Business? Are there any system settings that could cause it not work? What is the correct driver for the sensor? Is there an SDK or Windows API to access to sensor and read tags with it?
