How to observe the timing of BLE scans

I would like to know how to observe the timing of scanning in BLE communication of KW45-EVK.
Is it possible to observe the timing of the scans in terms of voltage? (I want to observe the scans of 37, 38, 39ch one by one.)

Microcontroller board in use : KW45B41Z-EVK
