How to get older version of the SDK tools?

I am developing a project using NxH3670ADK's SDK (NxH3670 SDK Gaming Package). I tried to connect the ADK dongle to the SDK tool, but the process was impossible due to the error 'HciStatusResult: Error unknown command'. This error will notify you again after a while of the error 'HCI command timed out'.

This problem can be seen not only when the dongle is connected, but also when the ADK board is connected. However, the ADK board begins to be recognized by the VCOM Tool after flashing the firmware that built the 'kl_headset_adk_headset' project using MCUXpresso IDE.

I assumed that the firmware was too old for the latest tools to access it. If you can access an older version of the tool, I think this error will be resolved by updating the firmware to the latest version using the Flash tool and trying to connect to the USB again.

So I ask a question. How can I get an older version of 'NxH3670 SDK Gaming Package'? Will you send it to me if I request it?

Please do not send answers like 'Please read the SDK documentation carefully'. This is a question I ask after I have read through all the documentation for each tool and have already tried them all.

And you are requesting to get older version than Rev 9.2Jun 8, 2022, Am I right?

I received our internal team's feedback as below:

The older releases of the NXH3670SDK Gaming Package are actually no longer available. The G9.2 is the latest production version which should be used going forward.
 
Also, there is no reason why the older version would work and the G9.2 version would not. 
What do you means exactly with the SDK tool? Is it the testsuite tool?
 
For new boards the procedure is typically the following:

1. Flash the boards via the flash scripts. Is that working properly for the dongle and headset?
2. Power cycle the boards. Now you have 2 options:
   1. Functional mode : by using the VCOM tool you can see if the board is connected. If all goes well you should have audio going from the PC to the headset board.
   2. Test mode : start the testsuite tool. First the chip ids should detected of the board. If the chip ids are not detected there is probably an issue with hardware. Next thing you can do is DTM which allows to send packets from one board to the other. You can do this in both directions. If that works the hardware should be ok.

Sorry for the delay in checking your reply.
What I mean by SDK tools are three programs in the tools folder in the SDK zip file. (flashtool, testsuitetool, vcomtool)

At first, in vcomtool, both the dongle and adk board were visible in the device list, but when I selected them, the problem appeared as shown in the screenshot. Instead, the adk board worked as described in the text (the ADK board begins to be recognized by the VCOM Tool after flashing the firmware.... ) and then sent a response to 'sending headset_get_version command' from vcomtool. (3.1.2003.C1.NgVC.KgHC)

However, the dongle still did not work even though I connected the USB. (Error in screenshot) I would like to solve this problem using flashtool, but I cannot connect to flashtool. Currently, it seems that the dongle and board are not paired. There is still no audio.

The flashtool cannot be connected to both the ADK board and the dongle, but there is a way to flash the ADK Board using MCUXpresso using the J-Link Debugger. However, the conclusion is that there is no way to flash the dongle.

This is my current status.

After we discussed internally, we think potentially there is an issue with the dongle. To speed up I suggest we ship an other dongle flashed with the G9.2 release. 
Would it be possible to share the address, contact person and phone for the shipment?
 
What still could be tried is to flash the dongle via the flash script, rather than the flashtool. Do you see the dongle appearing as audio device?
 
On a separate note, for low latency applications it is possible to use as well the more recent NxH3675. 

Please let me know whether you have found any local FAE in Korea who can help you.
