How modify the transmitting power of JN5169

I want to call the following function to get the JN5169 up to 10dBm transmitting power：

• vAHI_HighPowerModuleEnable(TRUE,TRUE);
• vAppApiSetHighPowerMode(APP_API_MODULE_HPM05, TRUE);
• eAppApiPlmeSet(PHY_PIB_ATTR_TX_POWER, (uint32)10);

But it doesn't do much in the real world, so how do you get the JN5169 to 10dBm?

vAppApiSetComplianceLimits(0, -10, 81);
vAHI_HighPowerModuleEnable(TRUE, TRUE);
