High Power RF FET for 155 - 165 MHz

Hi, I'm wondering could you recommend the best NXP high power RF FET to use for marine VHF radio applications - 25W, 155 - 165 MHz. Would it be something similar to AFT05MS031N? And where would be the best place to get a quote, based in NZ?

Based on your requirements, you are correct, the AFT05MS031N device is a great option for your design. You may also consider the AFT05MP075N device.

What do you mean with “get the quote”? I do recommend to request more information to your local distributor.
