Gas Leak sensor not sending IAS Zone notifications

Hi ,

   We are working with NXP (JN5189) as co-ordinator and pairing multiple zigbee sensors. 

Test Setup

1. Gas leak sensor is provisioned with smart cable.
2. Sensor keeps sending gas leak events.
3. After couple of hours  gas leak sensor events are not received by the co-ordinator.

Attached log with MAC Address (0XA789) details. Sensor is sending  ROUTE request instead of IAS ZONE change notification. Why is sensor not able to find route ? 

In which cases will this scenario occur?
