Enabling LPSPI clock, disables Bluetooth

Dear Team,

I am using KW45 custom board. I noticed a strange behavior.

I took example code - eatt peripheral, and flashed in my board, it worked. I am getting BLE Adv

Now in clock settings I activated the LPSPI - 0/1 or 0 and 1 both the BLE stopped working.

If I change setting again and remove LPSPI clocks and rebuild code again, it remains in stopped state and does not work.

What could be the reason, do it had to do something with LDO?

My Board is designed based on - AN13831 KW45/K32W148 - Power Management Hardware - Enabled the Bypass mode in code, VDD_CORE power is assumed to be provided by LDO_CORE internally and no external circuit is provided.
We follow below design.

My Clock Settings - Currently disabled SPI clock.

I am using external osc 32MHz and 32KHz

Can you help us highlight some points which can help us.

BR,
Tomaru

Hello,

Hope you are doing well.

Can you help letting me know what SDK and MCUXpresso IDE versions you are using? How are you configuring the LPSPI clock source? What modifications did you implement to the SDK example? Is this behavior seen when using the KW45-EVK board as well?

Are you using Config Tools? Please note that we do not recommend the usage of ConfigTools with the Wireless examples, as it could overwrite previous configurations needed for the wireless part.

I would recommend checking this post:

Best Regards,

Ana Sofia.
