Document BLEHSAPIRM was not found in the SDK

Hello,
I am using the FRDM-KW41Z development board for development.
I am trying to develop a BLE and Thread dual stack application, but I have not found the relevant documentation.
Therefore, I separately looked at the BLE and Thread development documentation in the SDK.
However, when viewing the BLE development document, the document mentioned a document named Bluetooth Low Energy Host StackAPI Reference Manual, but I did not find it in the SDK package, and the link in the PDF jumped to an empty page.
If you have this document please tell me where to find it.

But why not provide it in the SDK?
