Do you have some example with schematics and BOM to populate OM7827 BFUxxx Sample kit for 433MHz ?

Hi all,

I search some example to populate PCB in OM7827 LNA transistors kit. Someone have already worked with it ? All schematics in Application do not correspond with PCB. I would like to use these LNA to amplify reception of a sensor to 433MHz.
