BLE "Programmable transmit output power"

Hello,

On the datasheet, of the KW3xx KW4xx chips, its stated that  BLE has a "Programmable transmit output power from -18 dBm to +5 dBm with DC/DC bypass and buck modes of operation" I would like to know what precision I could get in term of transmit power configuration?

If we are using the hci_app.bin for kw40/41z, how we can change the tx  power dynamically with bluez antonioconcio​
