About the MKW01 ADC TEMP sensor parameters

In document "MKW01 Reference Manual Microcontroller Section (2016 Rev.3)", chapter 24.5.8 temperature sensor, the expression "Temp=25-(Vtemp-Vtemp25)/m", here what are values of "Vtemp25" and "m" ? Which document present it ?
