how to download program to jn5169(my core system)

i  am  using  JN5169 ,and  draw the sch&PCB，but  i dont know  which reference manual can  help me，now，could you help me，how to download the program to  jn5169，i  have install  nxp studio,i also connect jn5168's pin 36&37  to my  jlink
