I am running a build of Linux 4.1.15-2.0.1 on a system with an NXP i.MX 6ULL processor. The system has a Murata LBEE5KL1DX WiFi / Bluetooth module. That module seems to work perfectly for my usual applications, but I need to do some low level tests of the module's radio. To carry out those tests, I am attempting to run the wl utility in WLTEST mode.
I have the following files:

The wl utility seems to work fine when it uses (by default) the fw_bcmdhd.bin file:

To run the wl utility in WLTEST mode, I was told to copy fw_bcmdhd_mfgtest.bin to fw_bcmdhd.bin. I copied the file, rebooted the machine, and entered wl ver, but it appears to hang the system. No output results from the command and the command prompt does not reappear. Do I need a different version of any of the files that I listed above?
