Where can I find MKW01 Radio Utility_.exe to download?

No one at Freescale seems to know where or how to access the MKW01 Radio Utility_JA.exe that is required for the MRB-KW01 Demo unit.   I have not been able to located it anywhere.

You can download the Radio Utility Application from the tab "Software & Tools" of the KW01 web page, under the section Board Support Packages.

Thanks for the info.

Any idea why all the menus options are “grayed” out when I run this program? It allows no changes to be made.

Hi Grant,

You have to plug the MRB-KW01 board into PC first before to run the application.

Also please be sure you have the USB2SER Drivers installed.

The drivers were loaded.

The board was connected prior to activating the program.

Did you click on the connection icon?

I don't face any issue with that, running on Windows 7 machine.

It says “connection could not be established.”

Could you please check if the COM port has been recognized from Windows? Unplugging and re-plugging the cable?

When it finally worked it said COM 6 ….
