Hi,
My USB-KW24D512 Sniffer does not show up in my device manager. I tried multiple computers and none of them register a new USB device when i plug it in. When plugged in the D1 light turns green but no action is observed by the computer. It is as if no device was plugged in at all. I tried holding the reset button, plugging it into different ports, holding SW1 and then plugging it in but the computer does not observe that a new device is there. What could be the problem here?
