QN9080 reflow profile

Hi,

We are designing QN9080 board.

We need QN9080 reflow profile data, but cannot find it from datasheet or AN11996_QN908x Hardware Design Considerations_v13.

We searched and found related data from section 12.3 Reflow profile of QN9080-001-M17.pdf (SIP).

Can we use this SIP data for QN9080 IC, or there are other profile data? Please provide.

If you check the part Quality Information you can see it can support 240C° if the solder has lead or 260C°  if it is lead free, this can be check on the following link: https://www.nxp.com/part/QN9080DHN
