QN9020 dongle

Hi,

    We recently have purchased QN9020 mini development kit. I am having a tough time with dongle. When i plug it in, the computer is not identifying the dongle(Windows 7). I tried to connect using QBlue Studio(Qtool), We are unable to establish connection. Please help us.

Hi,

Did you try to connect with other PC and wait for the driver update?

Could you please tell me if the device manager is marking the dongle?
