PN5180 Antenna Matching

Dear Sir,

When I use the VNA to measure the PN5180 antenna, but the result shows:

The NanoVNA shows:

Return Loss: -5dB
Z =  133R @13.56MHz

Is the antenna matching result not good for PN5180? And how to solve it?
