PCIE8997 fail in WPA3 SEA AP mode （ i.MX8M Plus EVK ）

Hello, NXP experts

My phone act as STA, and i.MX8M Plus EVK board with PCIE8997 act as AP.

My phone can't connect to i.MX8M Plus EVK board with WPA3  SEA  AP mode，but success connect to i.MX8M Plus EVK board with WPA3 SAE transition AP mode. 

And my phone can success connect to other wireless routers with WPA3  SEA  AP mode.

I refer to the steps in chapter 2.4.3 WPA3 security of UM11940.pdf to config WPA3  SEA  AP mode.

System version info of i.MX8M Plus EVK:

Thanks for your continued follow up.

Attached is my logs, included all command and config files.

After doing all steps in my logs, my Phone can found PCIE8997 WPA3 SEA AP (named NXP_Demo), but i can't successfully connect to this AP with error "Denied access to network. connection failed". see below:

But my phone can successfully connect to other wireless routers with WPA3  SEA  AP mode setuped.
