Section 9. Limiting values

Vcc   supply voltage   5V Max.

Section 10. Operating Conditions

Vcc    supply voltage   3.1V Max ??

What kind of spec is this?

1.9V margin between the operating voltage and the absolute max. ratings?

Why 3.1V?

Can I not operate this LNA at 3.3V +/-5% (3.45V max.)?

The datasheet Section 9 specifies Limiting values for this device. Stress above one or more limiting values will cause permanent damage to the device. Limiting values are stress ratings only and operation of the device at these or any other conditions above those given in the Recommended operating conditions section is not warranted.

Increasing VCC above 3.1V will cause rapid shift of various parameters beyond the limits which we use for this device. You can only use the device in these conditions for your own risk.

Have a great day,
