JN5169 - Failed to read chip details on COMx

Hello,

I downloaded AN1184_ZBP_Coordinator_JN5169.bin from JN-AN-1184 template by using BeyondStudio for NXP -> Device... It's OK.

But after that I get the error "Failed to read chip details" as below picture. ( the same error with using JN51xxProgrammer)

How can I fix it?

Any suggestions? Thank you very much.

Make sure of the connections
- SPIMISO pin is connected to ground during flashing
