Is it possible to acquire payload data by sniffing connection using USB-KW41Z?

Hello,

I can't find specific information.
Is it possible to acquire payload data by sniffing connection using USB-KW41Z?
Can I sniff whole connection or only part on advertisement channels?

Also can anyone give me example file with wireshark connection dump? Iit will be great to check that file before buying sniffer to examine it functionalites.
