I would like to test the RF parameters of the AW-CM276NF module, but the supplier did not provide a debuggable tool, where can I download the ""MFG-W8997-MF-WIFI-BT-BRG-FC-VS2013-1.1.0.168-A116.80.205.p168" files.

Chapter 3.8  Wi-Fi RF test mode  to test RF.

For FP92 wifi driver, you can get either from our nxp.com website or below github:

https://github.com/nxp-imx/mwifiex/tree/lf-6.1.1_1.0.0

Pay attention the the linux version when you download.
