GAPConnect is not giving any response

I have modify the hrs.py script present in kw41z sdk to work as a central application.

But I am not able to connect to the scanned device(ipv6 node which is advertising at an interval of 20 ) using GAPConnect.

I am not able to get any response from the black box.
