Does the QN9021 have the Temperature detection function

I want to use the chips like QN9021 but need  temperature decection function,Can you commend one to me?

I am not sure what is your final application, but you can look at the driver examples what we provide.

-Analog COmparator

-ADC( Analog to digital Converter)

You can find the examples in the QN9020 SDK
