The register MODEM_CCA1_THRESH is not well documented in MKW2xD Reference Manual Rev2 July 2014. Does it represent the negative dBm level; - <CCA1_THRESH> dBm ?
Yes. As seen in code comments, the default value of 0x4B (75 dec) is equal to a threshold of -75 dBm, thus being the negative value of register’s contents.
