Hello everyone

I'd like to test the Zigbee network.
I have two "USB-KW24D512".

I am trying to create a new Zigbee network with only Coodinator and End-Device.

Since I do not have a flash programmer like J-link, I can not change the program of this dongle.
Therefore, the packet sniffer software at the time of purchase is programmed in this dongle.

Is it possible to create a new Zigbee network simply by sending a ZTC command from "Test Tool 12" without changing the program of this dongle?

Best regards,

Dear Yoshihisa Okumura,

We no longer support/recommend BeeKit, but it is available for KW24D.  Currently the available devices with ZigBee support are the JN516x family

The currently supported stacks by KW24D are: Thread, 802.15.4 MAC and SMAC.

As the packet sniffer It’s the application that is currently in the dongle, until you change the firmware to the one that knows how to interpret the data from the command there is no way that you can create the network with the sniffer firmware on the board.

ZigBee 3.0 will be supported in KW41Z in Q1 2018 and currently there are no plans to support this stack in KW24D.

Sorry for the inconvenience that this might cause you.

Best Regards,

Estephania
