In AN12380 Application Note is mentionned that we can download a zip file where there is a matching circuit clculation excel sheet. Where can I find this Zip.File ?

I have another question to one of the attachement in AN12342  

One of the DXF attached files should be for a rectangular coil. But both files are for a circular coil. Where can I find the file for the rectangular shaped aMifare Card.
