Dear NXP

My customer is using 88W8997 as SDIO_UART interface in Android 11 system. And the customer has plan to get RF certification to mass produce.
I am using MCIMX8M-EVK board, CS_DS_ST60_2230C , AW-CM276MA-SUR, AW-CM276MA-PUR to support their project.

When using SDIO_UART interface board, mfg tool problem occurs, and it is shown as the same problem as the post in the following link
(Solved: Wifi MFGTool以及labtool不能正常工作 - NXP Community)

My system information:
1. mfg version: MFG-W8997-MF-WIFI-BT-BRG-FC-VS2013-1.0.0.173-16.80.205.p193
2. Host System: MCIMX8M-EVK , android 11 (imx-android-11.0.0_2.4.0)

Issue: Command timeout occurs when SDIO_UART is used. (It works normally when using PCIE_UART.)

Here is the test sequence.
1. Build mfgbridge source code in android system after change ethio_flag value. (static int ethio_flag = 0 --> static int ethio_flag = 1)
2. Excute after copy mfgbrdige and bridge_init.conf to Android system.
3. Set host PC and DUT ip address in setup.ini of labtool.
4. Input command after excute labtool on host PC.

Attached files are each log message and follwing pictures the result of labtool.
