The SMAC & IEEE 802.15.4 protocol stacks are a KSDK add-on, therefore you need the installation of the KSDK 1.2 before installing these connectivity stacks.
Install the Kinetis SDK 1.2:
Software Development Kit for Kinetis MCUs|Freescale
After installing the KSDK 1.2, download the desired protocol stack.
The connectivity software for this platform can be found in the board webpage, in the downloads tab:

The installation window will guide you through an easy way to install the software.
