NXP-ZBOSS license

Hello,

I'm trying to use ZigBee with the IW612. Could you please tell me the ZBOSS license?

I obtained the software from the following link:
https://www.nxp.com/products/IW612

The link is as follows:
iThinx_NXP-ZBOSS-Release-019.245.001-070125

The following file says the license is the "DSR Proprietary License":
SCR_ZBOSS-HOST-RELEASE-019.245.001.txt

However, "DSR_License.txt" is not included. Where can I obtain it?

My company created the following board:

• NXP i.MX 8ULP
• Murata LBES5PL2EL-923(IW612 inside)

We want to provide our customers with ZBOSS development, execution environment and updates. For that you need to check the license.

NXP has joined the ZBOSS Open Initiative (ZOI).

I think NXP can sub-license the ZBOSS based SDK/libraries in binary. But should I contact DSR?

Also, I believe the following software was created by NXP:

•  zb_mux
• imx-dualpan.sh

What kind of agreement is required to incorporate these into my company's boards and provide updates?

Hello,

You don’t need DSR_license file. NXP customers can use our Zboss SDK from NXP SW package.

Thank you for your reply. This is very helpful information.

However, we must fork imx-dualpan.sh. This is necessary because the GPIO connections for SPI_INT and IND_RST on the IW612 are different. Would it be possible to fork this script and distribute it from my company’s server?

In addition, we are using Alpine Linux as our distribution. Would it be permissible to distribute both imx-dualpan.sh and zb_mux as Alpine packages from my company’s server?
