Maximize Wi-Fi tx power for 5 GHz on iw611

I am using the IW611  and I want to setup an AP in the US. The US allows to send up to 1 W in certain frequency ranges in the 5 GHz spectrum. How can I increase the transmission power via command-line tools like uaputl or mlanutl? 
Or do I have to generate a new power.bin via the excel sheet?

What is the maximum tx power for the IW611 ?

Please take a look at UM11490, section 2.9.2 Configure and enable transmit power.
This section provides the steps to configure and enable transmit (Tx) power.
