Issues with Matter Thermostat Development on Custom Board with RT1060 IW612 (u-blox w276)

Hello,

I am developing a Matter thermostat on a custom board using RT1060 + IW612 (u-blox w276).

Matter SDK: Release / V1.4.0 MCU: RT1062CVL5B

Flash: 8MB SDRAM: 16MB

There are two issues:

The first issue is a hard fault occurring during Matter commissioning.

• The Matter SDK source code has not been modified.
• On the EVBC, commissioning works fine with the Murata module.
• However, with the u-blox module using the same IW612 chipset, commissioning fails.

The second issue is related to SE051 integration.

• The current development environment is set up using Visual Studio Code as described in: https://community.nxp.com/t5/Wireless-Connectivity-Knowledge/Getting-Started-with-MCUXpresso-for-VS-...
• NXP’s website mentions the integration of RT1060 with SE05X, but there is no related guide available.
• It suggests referring to the 8M setup for Linux, but this does not work well.

Please provide guidance on these issues.

Hope you are doing well.  Are you following a guide or document to adapt the example to your specific RT1060 MCU?

What changes did you implement to the matter example?

What changes did you implement the change from different modules? (Even if based on same IW612)
