Which 1 GByte DDR3 should we select for Vybrid?

We have a national personel ID project for fingerprint sensors. We wish to use VF6x with Linux/MQX for this project.

Do you know any 1 GByte DDR3 which is used for VF6x u-boot/linux kernel configured successfully?

Unfortunately, we do not have a recommendation for a custom DDR3 module to be used in the Vybrid platform. Timesys supports the standard 128MB DDR3 module using the Timesys BSP.
