Hello,

I have a Question.

I want to use both NAND FLASH I/F and Flexbus I/F.

I attach block diagram. I use multiplexed operating modes for CSCRn[BLS]=1.

Q1) Please tell me the issue point to see the block diagram of the attached file.

Q2) Can you use FB_BE0 for a substitute of FB_OE?

Best Regards,

Dear Yamamoto-san,

Unfortunately, the device is designed so that both your assumptions are inapplicable.

Sincerely, Naoum Gitnik.

Dear Yamamoto-san,

Unfortunately, the FB_OE signal is a part of the Flexbus state machine, which makes impossible to use any other IO instead and still keep the required interface timing.

Thus, if your application required sharing the same IOs between 2 interfaces, you will have to alter their function using IOMUX (as mentioned in https://community.freescale.com/thread/311088).

Sincerely, Naoum Gitnik.

Dear Naoum-san

hank you very much for your help.

If I do not do select IOMUX of FB_OE, Does Flexbus not work ?

Is the output timing of FB_CS and FB_OE same?

Can you produce a thing same as FB_OE signal in a logic of FB_CS and FB_RW?

Best Regards,

soichi
