The systick interrupt can NOT be mask on vf610 board

Hi experts,

The systick interrupt can NOT be mask on vf610 board.

1. Set the priority for systick to 0xe0.

2. Set the basepri register to 0x10

3. The systick interrupt can still be generated.

The issue can NOT reproduce on K70 board.  Is this a known issue?  Is there any workaroud? Thanks.

Please, double check your code, this is basic functionality of core (Cortex M4), that works.
